Experiential learning is the process of learning through experience and is more specifically defined as ‘learning through reflection on doing.’ Experiential learning is a method of educating through first hand experience and includes skills, knowledge and experience acquired outside the traditional academic classroom setting, and may include internships, study and tours abroad, field trips and field research.
